Mikyla Durkan, co-founder of Burjesta Theatre is starting today a sugar-free diet. This is in conjunction with her directing our next production ‘Sugar – Poisoners’ Progress’ which will look at the promotion of sugar by the food industry and the concealment of the harm it does to our health.
