As part of our ‘Storytelling Directions’ workshops we’ll be looking this week at different approaches to beginning tales that storyteller’s such as Ian McKellen in his film adaptation of Richard III, Ridley Scott in his film, Alien, Euripides in Medea and Sophocles in his play ‘Ajax’ have utilised, and what the effects of such differing approaches have on the drama.
