Burjesta Theatre Workshop – Wednesday 1st July – Homer’s The Odyssey

Burjesta Theatre Workshop – Homer ‘simply the best’ or ‘In Medias Res’ – ‘In the thick of things’ –

This Wednesday we continue our look at different ways to tell a story using Homer’s ‘The Odyssey’ as our inspiration. We be looking in some detail at the structure of ‘The Odyssey’, how Homer forgoes any thought of a chronological storyline and weaves his story backwards and forwards in time and from place to place.

The Casa, Hope Street, Liverpool, 7pm – £3/£2 – all welcome.
